A tiny puppy who lost his front legs after being hit by a train has been given and new LEASH of life with a set of wheels. Little Charlie, a terrier cross, was found riddled with worms and clinging to life on a train track after being run over in western Romania. But, he has beaten the odds to survive and the eight-month-old pup now spends his days racing around the garden in his new home in the UK. After reading about Charlie's plight on Facebook, 43-year-old Sarah Wilson of Glasgow, Scotland, decided to adopt the disabled puppy. Sarah, a retired book keeper, says: "I first learnt of Charlie's story when I spotted a photograph of him with his paws cut off on Facebook, and I just couldn't sleep thinking about it....
