LYING flat out on his back, this little meerkat makes the most of the English sunshine. Photographed today at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster, the little fella was clearly enjoying the warmth as he spent his morning sunbathing in his enclosure. 75-year-old photographer Roy Briggs, of Crowle, Lincolnshire, says: “I thought it was so cool to see a loveable meerkat enjoying the sunshine in such a laid back style, just like many humans do! “He was the only one of about dozen or so in the same enclosure sunbathing this way and remained like that for at least 5 minutes!”LYING flat out on his back, this little meerkat makes the most of the English sunshine.
