From the cheesy graphics designed to promote 1996’s Michael Jordan movie Space Jam to the oldest continuously run webcam online, these websites should have faded into obscurity. But, instead of collecting dust, the charm of these old-school sites has kept kitsch hungry users clicking for close to two decades.
