Luciano Leuzzi captured the images when he visited Kamchatka peninsula in far east Russia. The 53-year-old photographer, of Bernezzo, Italy, says: “Hungry bears gather in the lake and wait for the multitude of salmon that travel hundreds of kilometres down river and end up here.”
