SEXY WEIGHTLIFTER LOSES 12ST AFTER SWAPPING BISCUITS FOR BICEPS

A weightlifter has lost a whopping 12st after swapping biscuits for biceps. Blonde beauty, Amy Champion, 25, from Pontypridd, south Wales, once weighed in at a massive 23st and struggled to fit into size 20 clothes. Scoffing on chocolate, biscuits and fizzy drinks, she could barely even walk up the stairs without getting out of breath. But after joining a gym, the salon management student and mum-of-one discovered she had a knack for lifting weights and has now lost an incredible 12st. Now the 5ft 10in stunner is a size 8 and says she's never felt more confident about her body.
