Blonde beauty, Amy Champion, 25, from Pontypridd, south Wales, once weighed in at a massive 23st and struggled to fit into size 20 clothes. But after joining a gym, the salon management student and mum-of-one discovered she had a knack for lifting weights and has now lost an incredible 12st.
