A BLIND school-girl whose growth has been stunted by a rare medical condition is finding her feet again with the help of a specially made mini-cane.At just 34in tall, little Lexi Drake struggled to get by using even the smallest of white stick’s because it was too big for her tiny body.She is overshadowed by her friends as cute Lexi is the height of a two-year-old because she is one of the few people in the country to be affected by Turner‘s Syndrome, a chromosomal abnormality in which all or part of one of the sex chromosomes is absent.Her mum Anna had taken her to the opticians after she crawled into a table when she was a tot, fearing she may have problems with her eyes. She was told Lexi simply needed glasses, but two weeks later she devastatingly found out her daughter was in fact blind.
