UNUSUAL ANIMAL FRIENDSHIP

SAT ON top of a Brazilian turtle’s head, this little ladybird looks content as he studies his environment from a new height. Residing next to a small stream in East Java, Indonesia, the two look happy as they relax in each other’s company. This moment was caught on camera by Indonesian photographer Monica Anantyowati, 42, after she spotted the brave ladybird looking for a free ride on this turtle near her home in Malang.
