SURREAL WILDLIFE

AN EXERCISING turtle and an ice-skating chick are hardly everyday exploits in the animal community. These surreal wildlife scenarios are the work of Swiss photographer John Wilhelm. The 43-year-old's passion for taking photos, along with a healthy dose of imagination, led him into the world of fantasy photography, where animals can accomplish incredible and sometimes controversial feats. For John, the only limit is his imagination.
