When the couple married last year, it was a dream wedding, but it was all for show. Back home, Shaun continued to drink and when Lauren finally had enough, he flipped and head-butted her unconscious leaving her scarred for life. He only received an 18 -month suspended sentence in March 2024 for ABH at North Staffordshire Justice Centre.
