A woman has told how she saved the life of her own rapist after he overdosed on pills shortly after attacking her. Brave Susan Copestick, 56, who has waived her right to anonymity, was sexually assaulted by her ex-boyfriend, Peter Drummond, 62, at her mother’s home in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, in November 2014. After trapping her inside the house, Peter threatened Susan with a knife and subjected her to a degrading sexual ordeal.
