WOMAN LOSES OVER 10ST AFTER DITCHING TAKEAWAY HABIT

A Hereford woman has lost 10st 3lbs after ditching her £260-a-month takeaway habit. Rebecca McCabe, 26, dropped eight dress sizes after her doctor warned her that her size would prevent her from starting a family. Now, having swapped Chinese takeaways for healthy home-cooked meals, the support worker weighs 10st 11lbs, and has gone from a dress size 24 to a size 8. Rebecca, who once weighed 21st, says: “After my doctor told me that my BMI was putting my future in danger, I knew I had to make a change."
