Etherial beauty, Melynda Moon, 23, paid £250 to have her ears pointed to resemble the fanciful creatures from her favourite film, The Lord of the Rings. The human elf, from Guelph in Ontario, Canada has always felt like she comes from a different realm and believes she was a fairy in her past life. Ms Moon, who underwent the body modification in August 2011 changed her name by deed poll and admits she has always felt 'different'.
