PAPER GENIUS MIMICS STAIN GLASS WINDOWS

THESE mesmerising sculptured creations could easily be mistaken for complex stained glass windows but they have infact been cleverly crafted with just one material - PAPER. The intricate paper sculptures were put together by artist Eric Standley, 45, when he stumbled across the project by accident. I was working on another project that included laser cutting circle-based patterns into Cheerios boxes,’ said Eric. ‘When I was leaving the laser lab one day I stacked a few cut pieces together and was blown away by the layered complexity of the different works.
