CROHN'S SUFFERER 'ACCUSED OF BEING ANOREXIC' AFTER LOSING 10ST

A Crohn's sufferer has slammed doctors who allegedly accused her of being anorexic after she lost 10st in just three months. Kirsty Watson, 20, was gobsmacked when GPs referred her to an eating disorder clinic after she complained of extreme weight loss, sickness and fatigue - all common symptoms of the inflammatory digestive condition, Crohn's disease. The budding journalist from St Helens, Merseyside, could barely leave the house as she suffered from agonising stomach cramps and was violently sick up to ten times a day.
