Peering curiously into a basket hanging off the arms of a snowman, this little squirrel appears fascinated by the snowy figure. As he inspects further, he’s joined by a gathering of birds who are also intrigued by the Christmassy statue. The adorable photographs were captured by Russian photographer Vadim Trunov, 31, after he spotted the woodland creatures in a forest in the Voronezh region of Russia.
