AMAZINGLY DETAILED PENCIL SCULPTURES

FROM A mini table and chairs to a detailed violin, it’s hard to believe these incredible sculptures are all carved into the nib of PENCILS. The impossibly small sculptures are the work of talented Turkish student Recep Alcamli, who discovered his talent purely by chance when he was sharpening a pencil. The 23-year-old, of Elazıg, Turkey, who describes his work as ‘graphite art’, says: “It all started as a bit of an accident whilst I was studying for some exams. ‘I was sharpening a pencil, and I suddenly thought about how I could make the nib into a stylish shape.
