Photographer Mike Hollingshead, 37, was on a trip to Blair Nebraska in America when the natural phenonemon appeared right before his eyes. Sprites are large-scale electrical discharges which occur high above thunderstorm clouds and result in a range of visual shapes flickering in the night sky. 'Sprite lightning was first ever captured on camera in just 1989, and is something so rare that most people will never have the pleasure of seeing for themselves.' said Mike
