BRAVE LEOPARD BEFRIENDS A CROC

A brave leopard kicks back and relaxes in the sunshine - just inches from an enormous crocodile. The laid-back female leopard, named Romi, appears to be unfazed by the dangerous reptile, despite its rows of razor-sharp teeth. The pair were spotted by photographer Elmar Weiss and tour guide Alfred Korir on the bank of the Mara River in the Musiara Marsh, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya. Elmar, 46, of Hamburg, Germany, says: “We watched nervously as Romi climbed down a grassy slope towards the edge of the river."
