The brave youngster from Bangor, County Down in Northern Ireland, was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), which affects just one in 5,000 newborns in the UK. Now, after battling against the odds, she will spend her first Mother's Day at home with her family.
