Lillian Roythorne, 24, from Kidderminster, West Midlands, once weighed a whopping 19st and would scoff on grease-laden dishes three times a week. Her calorific habit soon took a dangerous toll on her health and after developing gallstones she vowed to ditch the spicy takeaways for good.
