Illustrator Tobatron aka Toby Leigh has designed three tote bags in collaboration with accessories designer Elaine Burke which feature a pastiche of the London 2012 logo as well as some rather tongue-in-cheek slogans. The bags say "They're all on steroids", "It only took me three hours to get to work" and "I'm renting my flat to a fat American family." But while some might assume the three screen-printed designs are a snide slight towards the games, rest-assured the bags are actually being sold to raise money for a charity called Khama, which offer support and sustainable employment for women in Malawi. Locog - the London Games organising committee - has been frequently blasted over the last few weeks, as the strict branding rules set up to protect London 2012 sponsors become ever more draconian.
