The couple, who live in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs, share five children, 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Now, Colin and June are celebrating their Platinum wedding anniversary and have shared their secrets to a long and happy marriage. Colin, an ex-professional football player for Port Vale, says: “I couldn't have chosen a better wife than June. It's a miracle she's put up with me for so many years. Our secret to a happy marriage is to ‘agree to disagree’.”
