Several times a year, Gemma, 21, can be found mumbling her words and struggling to concentrate as she walks around in a dream-like state. Friends have accused her of being drunk. But, the truth is, Gemma barely touches a drop of alcohol. In fact, she suffers from a rare sleep disorder - Kleine-Levin Syndrome (KLS), also known as Sleeping Beauty Syndrome. The incurable condition sees Gemma fall into a trance and nod off for up to an entire week.
