Made up of 40,000 pieces, putting in over 200 hours of work and blunting endless blades, this is the final result for the world’s largest jigsaw, finally finished on Wednesday. The Diamond Jubilee puzzle, made up of a collection of the best photographs from the event, was put together by master craftsman, Dave Evans. Dave, from Weymouth, spent five weeks creating the giant 19.5ft x 8ft creation, which was cut on an Excalibur EX-30 Scroll Saw and used the same methods utilised by jigsaw cutters 100 years ago.
