In November 2022, the woman, Kelly Cousins, 35, was convicted of outraging public decency. She was handed a 10-week suspended sentence and ordered to complete 40-hours of unpaid work at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court. A month later, Joe Firby, 23, was caught and pleaded guilty to the same offence. In January this year, he was sentenced at Sefton Magistrates' Court to a 12-month community order.
