I LOST 10ST AFTER GIVING UP 1,000 CHOC BAR A YEAR HABIT

A former chocolate addict, who used to gobble more than a THOUSAND bars a year, has shed an astonishing 10st after giving up her favourite treats. Amy Keable, 30, from Southampton, weighed a whopping 21st and would spend all her spare change on junk food. She ate up to three family-sized chocolate bars a day, which is a colossal 1,095 a year, and vowed to beat her addiction after refusing to spend her then-upcoming 30th birthday as a size 24. The pretty brunette has now lost an incredible 10st 1lbs and has slimmed down to a trim size 10.
