Dogs catch waves at the Coronado Bay dog surf championships Saturday 22nd June 2013- DOG SURFING mutts have never looked so gnarly. And even when the sea is RUFF nothing will stop them hitting the waves. Battling the Pacific Ocean to raise money to combat animal cruelty these dogs cut a fine figure as they crash into waves. A crowd of hundreds of delighted on-lookers descended on Coronado Bay near San Diego, California to watch their beloved pets tackle the surf. An at the end of a hard-day surfing the tired pooches got a special doggie massage from Local Spa Therapists as an extra treat.
