At her worst, Kirsty Bonnick, 22, was so desperate to lose weight that she consumed just 500 calories a day. Recovered Kirsty from Newbury, Berkshire, would obsessively exercise up to three hours a day and within a year had dropped from 10st 10lbs to 6st.
