The embarrassing bathroom mishap shocked 30-year-old Gemma McKelvey into ditching her unhealthy lifestyle for good. The pretty brunette from Hertford now weighs a svelte 12st 10lbs and wears a size 14 - a shadow of her 23st 10lb former self.
